NTHS Woodworking

The NTHS WOODWORKING program is located in the Watertown High school building.   The WOODWORKING program was added to Northeast Technical High School in Fall of 2008.  The wood shop is fully stocked with most of the industrial machines that are used in a typical cabinet shop.

WOODWORKING is part of the building trades industry.  Cabinets are a major part of any kitchen or bath.  The Woodworking class will provide an in depth look at building cabinets and furniture using modern techniques.  There are many finish carpentry skills that are taught during the course of Woodworking I & Woodworking II.  Each class is a semester long.
